Jet2.com is seeking friendly, safety-focused Cabin Crew at East Midlands Airport. Whether you’re starting your Cabin Crew career or bringing experience from another customer-facing role, this is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning team.

These full-time fixed-term contracts run through the Summer Season (ending November 2027) with a 4-week paid training course, exclusive discounts, pension and life assurance, 37 days leave, and a strong OTE of £35,200+ pro rata.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues on every flight.

• Work closely with Cabin Crew & Flight Deck colleagues to deliver a safe and efficient operation.

Working Pattern

Our Cabin Crew opportunities are available on full-time Fixed Term contracts until the end of the Summer Season (November 2027) with the potential to return for Summer 2028. As we operate a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week airline, you'll need to be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including:

• Very early mornings and late evenings.


• Weekends and Bank Holidays.


• Peak holiday periods.


• Variable rosters that change week to week.

Before You Apply

To be eligible, you must:

• Hold a valid UK/EU passport with the required validity.


• Be able to provide a full 5-year employment, education or activity history.


• Successfully pass pre-employment referencing and criminal record checks.


• Be able to comply with all applicable medical, health and safety requirements.


• Continually be able to fasten the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat.


• Meet the required reach and mobility standards for the role.


• Be able to travel reliably to and from your airport base for all rostered shifts.

Only one Cabin Crew application is permitted per recruitment season. Please only apply for the Airport you wish to be based from as subsequent applications cannot be considered.
