Job description

Want to become Cabin Crew for Europe’s Largest Airline Group?

This is your opportunity to join the 16K+ Cabin Crew members across Ryanair’s growing network of 90+ operational bases who deliver best-in-class customer service to over 600K guests on over 3,600 flights EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Flying for Ryanair means you not only get some amazing perks such as unlimited discount travel across Ryanair’s 250+ destinations, an industry-leading ‘5 on 3 off roster’, and highly competitive salary packages but you also get world-leading training, completely free!

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE is necessary as our training courses are designed to provide you with all the fundamental skills our crew use every day, which will allow you to deliver a safe and top-class inflight experience to our guests. Once complete, you will be issued with your ‘Cabin Crew Wings’ and ready to take to the Skies!

As a member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew family, you will be immersed in our culture from day one, with endless career opportunities including becoming a Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even our next Director of Inflight.

Life as Cabin Crew is fun & rewarding, but it is also a demanding position where safety is our number 1 priority. You will operate both early & late shifts, reporting for duty as early as 5 am and returning home as late as midnight, depending on your roster. If you are not a morning person, consider this before applying. However, if you are customer-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have loads of enthusiasm, this could be the career for you!

Please note: As part of the application process, candidates are required to complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to complete these assessments will disqualify you from progressing to the interview stage.

Requirements
  • Applicants must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • You must be approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm) in height.
  • You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and support someone else in the water.
  • It helps if you are hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly.
  • Adaptable and willing to work a shift roster.
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
  • Benefits include a free internationally recognized Cabin Crew Training Course, paid training allowance, unlimited highly discounted staff travel, a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern, free uniform in Year 1 and an annual allowance thereafter, and the security of working for a financially stable airline.
