Job summary

Jet2.com is seeking friendly, professional Cabin Crew at Birmingham Airport to help deliver a safe, secure and enjoyable journey while providing the award-winning service we are known for.

No prior Cabin Crew experience required. Hold a valid UK/EU passport, provide a 5‑year history, pass pre‑employment checks and medical requirements. Training is paid; shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude for customer-facing roles.
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
• Willingness to learn safety procedures and follow regulatory requirements.
• Team player with a calm, measured approach under pressure.

We're looking for friendly, professional and safety-focused individuals to join us as Cabin Crew at Birmingham Airport. Whether you're starting your Cabin Crew career or bringing experience from another customer-facing role, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Jet2.com team. Safety is our number one priority. As Cabin Crew, you'll help deliver a safe, secure and enjoyable journey while providing the award-winning service we're known for. What You'll Do As a member of our Cabin Crew team, you will:

• Ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues on every flight.
• Deliver our award-winning customer service and create memorable experiences onboard.
• Support customers with a wide range of needs, providing first aid and general assistance.
• Promote and sell our onboard products with confidence.
• Work closely with Cabin Crew & Flight Deck colleagues to deliver a safe and efficient operation.
• Adhere to all company procedures, regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Whilst previous Cabin Crew experience is not required, we're looking for people who:
• Put safety first.

• Remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Be able to provide a full 5-year employment, education or activity history.
• Successfully pass pre-employment referencing and criminal record checks.
• Be able to comply with all applicable medical, health and safety requirements.
• Continually be able to fasten the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat.
• Meet the required reach and mobility standards for the role.
• Be able to travel reliably to and from your airport base for all rostered shifts.

Our Cabin Crew opportunities are available on full-time Fixed Term contracts until the end of the Summer Season (November 2027) with the potential to return for Summer 2028. As we operate a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week airline, you'll need to be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including:

• Very early mornings and late evenings.
• Weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Peak holiday periods.
• Variable rosters that change week to week.
