This is an excellent opportunity to become a member of our Regulatory CA Team, which is committed to deliver superior regulatory expertise by collaborating with our customers and enabling them to win. The Regulatory CA Team is dealing with top food & beverage CGC (consumer goods companies) customers, the large European distributor and some specific areas like pharma. You will support Givaudan Taste & Wellbeing portfolio for the European markets by addressing a wide range of product safety and compliance inquiries from both internal and external customers, utilizing a customer-centric approach. The position will be based in the UK (Milton Keynes) or the Netherlands (Naarden).

In this exciting role (reporting to the Regulatory CA Lead), you will:

● Provide internal customers (mainly technical, commercial and/or other regulatory teams) and external customers with consistent and compliant formula reviews and documentation in an expeditious timeframe to meet commercial, and customer expectations
● Act as a regulatory business partner to commercial teams by providing regulation consultancy or support in commercializing assigned products
● Work collaboratively with assigned customer contacts
● Generate the customer documentation
● Deliver customer support on time by fulfilling customer expectations
● Identify issues relevant to customer inquiries and be part of the solution
● Implement and improve routine processes and procedures
● Maintain and manage request logs and utilize functionalities of internal SAP-based regulatory systems and databases
● Keep abreast of regulatory knowledge and prepare regulatory training materials
● Assist regulatory manager as assigned

Your professional profile includes:

● Bachelor/Master Degree in a scientific field such as chemistry, food or equivalent degree
● 1-2 years of regulatory experience in Flavours or Food or related industry
● Proficiency in English is essential and additional language is a plus
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Basic knowledge of regulatory landscape
● Capable to manage stakeholders
