About the role

Job Vacancy: C+E Night Trunk Driver

We are currently seeking a reliable and flexible C+E Night Trunk Driver to join our team at the Glasgow Depot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evening trunk runs starting from approximately 7:00 PM, depending on the area covered.
• Regular routes to Bidfood depots in Edinburgh, Larbert, and Oban or Penrith transferring and collecting stock for dispatch from the Glasgow Depot.
• The main route will involve transporting caged & palletised goods to other Bidfood sites.

Position Details:

• This is a full-time role. All new starts will have a 3, 7, 11-month probation period.
• Flexibility is essential. The successful candidate must be willing to:
  • Provide holiday and sickness cover for fellow night drivers' shifts
