Client Server Ltd. seeks a senior C# Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer to own features end-to-end across API design, backend services and Vue.js frontend in Bracknell with optional remote work.

You will contribute to building scalable backend services, collaborating with Product, Design and Compliance, and mentoring others in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C# .Net backend development.
• Strong API and system design knowledge.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Frontend experience with Vue.js (React acceptable).
• Experience with production AWS services (CI/CD, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS/Lambda).
• Understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Comfortable owning features end-to-end and mentoring others.

C# Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer (C# .Net Vue.js) Bracknell / WFH to £85k

Do you enjoy working across the full tech stack, taking ownership and leading projects?

You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on C# Software Engineer role a global financial services company as they rebuild the international payments platform, working within the Corporate Payments division.

As a C# Software Engineer you'll own features end-to-end, from API and service design through to frontend delivery and production including designing and developing scalable backend services and APIs using C# .Net, building customer facing features across backend and the Vue.js frontend.

As a senior team member, you'll own architecture and technical decisions within your domain, collaborate closely with Product, Design and Compliance to take features from idea to production and improve reliability, observability, testing and production performance, modernising legacy services and contributing to wider architectural direction.

Location / WFH:

You can work from home most of the time, joining colleagues in the Bracknell office twice a week.

About you:

• You have strong C# .Net backend development experience
• You have strong API, system design and distributed systems knowledge
• You have experience with SQL and relational databases
• You also have a good knowledge of frontend development, ideally with Vue.js experience, although React experience is also fine
• You have experience with production AWS - CI/CD, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS or Lambda advantageous
• You have a good understanding of microservices and event driven architectures
• You're comfortable taking technical ownership and mentoring others
• Experience in payments, financial services or another regulated environment is desirable
