Job summary

Spectrum IT is recruiting a C# Software Developer to join a software team working on Windows-based desktop applications. You will contribute to new features, enhance existing products, and help shape the ongoing development of business‑critical software.

The role offers hybrid/remote work, with occasional in-office presence in Fareham during probation, and a salary of £50,000 to £60,000 plus bonus and benefits. Strong C#/.NET and desktop UI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience developing applications using C# and .NET.
• Experience with at least one desktop UI framework - WPF, Avalonia, WinUI or XAML.
• Good understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience using Git for source control.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

We are currently recruiting for a C# Software Developer to join a software development team working on a range of innovative Windows-based software products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a developer with strong C# and Windows experience who enjoys building high-quality desktop applications and wants to work across a variety of software products.

You'll be joining a collaborative development environment where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to new features, enhance existing applications and help shape the ongoing development of business-critical software.

Skills & Experience Required

We're looking for a developer who can demonstrate:
