Low Latency C++ Software Developer - FX Trading Desk

A new position has arisen for a Low Latency C++ Software Developer to join the FX Trading desk, working on key trading systems during trading hours. This role is with a leading bank in the City that is expanding due to growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Implementing services for trading such as market data, order management, messaging layer, security reference data systems, position keeping systems, and services for user interfaces (C++, Python)
• Collaborating with quants, traders, and stakeholders to design, implement, and test trading technology
• Participating in DevOps practices, including continuous integration, code quality, and release methodologies

The ideal candidate will have solid experience building high-performing, low-latency systems on Linux, expertise in C++, and scripting skills in languages like Python.
