Job summary

Oxford Knight is seeking a strong C++ Quantitative Developer / Software Engineer to join their London team. You will build high-performance components for live trading and simulation, and help automate and strengthen the research infrastructure.

The role offers significant project ownership in a collaborative, start-up‑style environment, with focus on alpha estimation, risk modelling and backtesting across multiple liquid asset classes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ development experience in a similar role.
• Strong C++ programming skills; Python is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a quantitative discipline.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in small-team, meritocratic environments.
• Experience with SQL, MongoDB, Bash, Git, Docker, Linux/Unix.
