C#/.Net Software Engineer x 3 - C#/.Net - New (REFBJ23)

An award-winning software house requires several C#/.Net Software Developers to join its innovative and growing software delivery team.

Suitable candidates will be responsible for translating project requirements into functional code and maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality software. You will work closely with other Developers, BAs, and Testers, focusing on quality and good development practices throughout the development lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have the following:

1. Strong technical skills in the Microsoft .Net ecosystem and associated web technologies
2. Proven experience of delivering quality software solutions within an Agile delivery environment
3. Excellent eye for detail, with strong analytical capabilities
4. Ability to contribute positively to Scrum ceremonies and Developer meetings
5. Willing to challenge existing processes and look for ways to improve quality within Development processes and the Scrum team
6. Strong Unit testing experience
7. Ability to communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience
