Job summary

Accelero in Reading is seeking a Software Engineer with 3+ years of C#/.NET experience to join a growing engineering team. You will design, build and ship features across the full development lifecycle in a hybrid role with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

You will work closely with senior engineers, product and QA, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews and ensure high quality, scalable software. The role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in Docker, Azure and relational databases

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean code.
• Experience with Docker and Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with SQL/relational databases.
• Comfortable working in an Agile team and contributing in sprint ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain applications using C# and .NET.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for build, test and deployment.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product and QA to deliver releases.
• Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues across the stack.
• Engage in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Share ideas to improve technical decisions and best practices.
