Full-time C# Developer - Energy Trading Systems (Remote/Brighton)

Location: South-East/Brighton, UK (Remote with occasional Brighton visits)

A boutique company is seeking a talented C# Developer with 10-15+ years of .NET experience to maintain and enhance a critical Position Management system for a major UK Energy Trading house. Experience in Front Office energy trading (Gas & Power) or commodities, and direct interaction with Traders, are key requirements.

Advantages: Trayport API knowledge, Energy Trading Front Office experience.

Personal Attributes: UK-based (no visa restrictions), self-motivated, capable of remote work with minimal guidance, and willing to travel to Brighton 1-2 times monthly.

Package: Fully remote, occasional travel expenses reimbursed, BYOD or company equipment provided, negotiable salary (£60,000 to £80,000), performance bonus, and a delivery-focused environment with no micromanagement. This is a direct hire position; no agencies. Only UK citizens and permanent residents are eligible, as the company will not sponsor visas.
