Key Accountabilities and Measures

Develop a signature architectural style for M&S, including internal & external aesthetics, materials & signage, in a flexible, cost-effective way.
Plan & develop store blueprints by format based on the agreed direction for the use of company space.
Design & develop the store master-planning principles including location of circulation, movement & internal architecture. Define store planning principles for the business.
Define methodologies and processes to create a whole store narrative for future store architecture.
Develop a customer-centric store wide navigation scheme to make our stores easier to shop.
Support the UK Franchise new business team with new business, designing, developing and launching new schemes and producing design guides for future roll out.
