Key Accountabilities and Measures

• Develop a signature architectural style for M&S, including internal & external aesthetics, materials & signage, in a flexible, cost-effective way.
• Plan & develop store blueprints by format based on the agreed direction for the use of company space.
• Design & develop the store master-planning principles including location of circulation, movement & internal architecture. Define store planning principles for the business.
• Define methodologies and processes to create a whole store narrative for future store architecture.
• Develop a customer-centric store wide navigation scheme to make our stores easier to shop.
• Support the UK Franchise new business team with new business, designing, developing and launching new schemes and producing design guides for future roll out.
