We are seeking a commercially driven and passionate C&E Sales Account Manager to join our Commercial Sales team. This role combines strategic commercial acumen with exceptional client relationship management to ensure measurable business impact while maintaining high service standards.

As the C&E Sales Account Manager, you will act as the strategic partner for a portfolio of key clients, driving relationship strength and commercial growth. Your responsibilities include identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue, overseeing the entire client journey from planning to event delivery, and ensuring every interaction reinforces ELH's reputation for exceptional service and value.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of key clients, developing strategic relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Identify and capitalise on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue.
  • Oversee the client journey from initial planning to event delivery, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Maintain strong industry knowledge of Food & Beverage trends and dynamics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Sales or Account Management within hospitality, catering, or food service.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in hospitality, catering, or events.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience building relationships with senior-level clients.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and forecast performance.
