Job summary

Metcalfe Farms Haulage Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced C+E driver to join our heavy haulage and bulk haulage teams. You will operate a fleet and move abnormal loads for blue‑chip clients and the MOD across the UK and Europe. Full inhouse training provided.

You will need a valid C+E licence, Driver CPC, tachograph card, and knowledge of driver hours regulations. The role requires regular nights away and weekend work, with ongoing development support.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid C+E driving licence.
• Hold a current Driver CPC card.
• Hold a digital tachograph card.
• Knowledge of driver hours regulations.
• Experience moving plant, machinery or bulk is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive heavy haulage and bulk loads across UK and Europe.
• Plan routes and ensure on-time delivery to clients and MOD.
• Work away from home with 4–5 nights out per week, including weekends.
• Operate safely and comply with health and safety regulations.
