Job Description:

We’re looking for full-time, permanent Class 1 HGV Day Drivers to join our team at our Gotham site. You’ll work approximately 48 hours per week, with start times between 06:00-18:00.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £15.57, with overtime at £23.35 per hour. Benefits include holiday pay, high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, workplace pension, and ongoing CPC training updates.

Typical daily duties include:

• Carrying out trunking runs with occasional backloads.
• Ensuring the safe and legal operation of your vehicle at all times.
• Backhaul deliveries for various customers, including work for British Gypsum.

Requirements to succeed at XPO:

• Full UK driving licence with CE entitlement, valid CPC & Digital Tacho card.
• No more than six points on your licence, with no DD, DR, or IN endorsements.
• Good knowledge of UK roads nationally.
