Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Cumbernauld seeks Class 1 Drivers for ongoing local and trunking work. Drivers will be required for both day and night shifts with a pay rate of £17.00 per hour PAYE, plus enhanced weekend rates and pension contributions. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of driving experience and the necessary qualifications. Flexibility in work schedule is essential. Immediate interviews are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of driving experience required.
• Must hold a valid C&E licence, CPC, and Digi Card.
• Maximum of 6 points allowed on the licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct local and trunking work Monday to Friday.
• Start shifts at 7am for days or 5pm for nights.
• Complete 3/4 drops on days or 1 drop to Aberdeen/Inverness.

The Best Connection Scotland are recruiting numerous Class 1 (C&E) Day & Night, Local and Trunk Drivers for our well known client in the Cumbernauld area on an Ongoing basis. Dayshift is local and Trunk work, Nightshift is Singleman and Doubleman trunk work.

Job Role

• Monday to Friday Local/Trunking work
• Days 7am start - Nights 17.00 start
• Ongoing work
• 3/4 drops on Days or 1 drop Aberdeen/Inverness
• Single and Doubleman trunks

Requirements

• This role will require a minimum of 1 years experience
• Valid C&E licence, CPC and Digi Card
• Max 6 points with no major endorsements, e.g DR, DD, IN etc
• Flexibility on type of work (Days,Nights,Local or Trunks)
