Job summary

The Best Connection Walsall are recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a client based in Lichfield. This role offers consistent work with the potential to move from temporary to permanent.

Pay £17.25 per hour (minimum 10 hours per shift) with overtime at £20.80 per hour. Shifts start early morning, 01:00-04:00 or 12:00-16:00, with 1–4 store deliveries daily and some manual handling. Clean vehicles and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• CPC and Tacho card up to date.
• No more than 6 points on your licence (no DD/IN codes).
• Willingness to carry out some manual handling.

Responsibilities

• 1 to 4 store deliveries per day.
• Some handballing of cages involved.
• Clean vehicles and supportive team environment.
