As a member of our trading floor, you will collaborate with traders, quant researchers, and developers to expand system connectivity to new markets, optimize order execution algorithms, enhance trading strategies, and develop automated pricing systems and infrastructure to support our options market making business. Your work will have a direct and visible impact on the firm's success.

Responsibilities
  • Full software development lifecycle for market making, working closely with traders and cross-functional teams such as FPGA, data analytics, and UI developers.
  • Developing low latency exchange connectivity components for new markets.
  • Rapidly delivering well-engineered software into production, with immediate impact on trading revenue.
  • Utilizing automated testing and peer code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
Qualifications
  • Excellent C++ skills (11/14/17/20/23), including template programming.
  • Experience in ultra low latency system design, performance tuning, and analysis.
  • Strong numerical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and an efficient, diligent work approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Interest in trading and finance.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets and securities, especially futures and options.
  • Experience with Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL and time-series databases.
  • Understanding of multiple derivative exchange platforms.
  • Knowledge of network protocols UDP and TCP.
  • Experience with network acceleration techniques such as proprietary drivers and kernel bypass.
