What Will You Be Doing?

We are looking for a passionate and technically proficient C/C++ Software Developer to join our Low latency and market risk team and help renovate and enhance our Equities position keeping system.

In this role, you will:

1. Take ownership across the product lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment.
2. Contribute to a core application developed primarily in C++ with components in Java.
3. Enhance the system’s capabilities while modernizing and optimizing the existing codebase.
4. Collaborate across the full software stack to build and refine new and existing components.
5. Work closely with a global team, particularly colleagues in London and New York.

What We're Looking For:

1. Strong experience with modern C and C++, as well as solid skills in Java and SQL.
2. Proficiency with Linux environments and shell scripting.
3. Strong experience with performance optimization and STL, with hands-on experience.
4. Excellent engineering and analytical capabilities, with attention to producing high-quality, maintainable code.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, team-oriented environment.
