• Contributing to the full product lifecycle, from concept and architecture through to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to translate real00world healthcare challenges into elegant technical solutions.
• Owning the reliability, performance, and scalability of your code in production environments.
• Helping shape technical strategy and mentoring other engineers to raise the overall engineering standard.
