The Role:

1. Lead a small squad of four developers within a 50-strong software engineering team.
2. 80% hands-on coding – be actively involved in the new web build.
3. Engage with high-level stakeholders, allocate resources, and own end-to-end delivery.
4. Manage projects from concept to implementation with a strategic and technical approach.
5. Utilize C# Full Stack technologies – SQL Server, Entity Framework, Blazor/Razor.
6. Deep understanding of business systems – Clusters, Indexes, Tables.
7. Passion for both backend logic and front-end development.
