Qualifications

We are currently recruiting for a C & B Billing Co-ordinator to join the Finance Team at The Londoner Hotel.

Overview:

  • As a C & B Billing Co-ordinator you will manage all enquires efficiently and will be responsible for ensuring that all clients have credit available.
  • You will ensure that revenue is posted accurately and efficiently.
  • You will ensure that invoices are sent to clients in a timely manner and will be responsible for deposit handling.
  • You will ensure that all block information is complete and up to date in Opera and will take appropriate action to resolve any queries you have.
  • You will manage and settle all C & B paymasters within 5 days and will follow up as necessary.
  • You will take ownership of following up on non arrival bookings and will record the charges made or waived as per Front of House Standards.
  • You will assist with the daily completion of all administration tasks within the department.
  • You will provide support to the hotel for all general C & B Billing.
About You:
  • Some previous experience in a Finance or similar role would be useful.
  • Are able to proactively prioritise the needs of the role
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to liaise effectively with non-financial staff.
  • Team player with outstanding inter-personal, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Client focused approach to work.
  • IT literate.
