Job summary

Dawn Ellmore in Manchester is seeking a Senior Trade Mark Paralegal to lead a busy TM paralegal team within a thriving law firm. The role requires a CITMA qualification and proven leadership experience in managing TM filings, oppositions, renewals and recordals.

You will advise junior paralegals, ensure accuracy of all TM processes, and drive improvements while maintaining strict deadlines and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CITMA qualification and have leadership experience.
• Experience advising and guiding paralegals on TM filings and processes.
