The Opportunity


We have an opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to join us to define, drive, and execute the Marketing strategy for the fast-paced omnichannel UK region, supporting the overall business strategy and objectives. Working closely with the Global Brand Team in HQ & Stockholm Studio, this role is responsible for developing and executing the full Marketing 360 across Trade & Online Marketing, PR & VM to drive growth in the region.


What you'll get to do


  1. Develop & lead the Yearly Marketing & Communications Strategy for the UK.
  2. Collaborate with all Head of Functions within Global Brand Marketing, PR Communications, VM, Image, Product Development, GTM, E-com & Retail (on CRM).
  3. Negotiate all UK Retailer Marketing initiatives to ensure best-in-class quarterly Marketing Plans & Strategic Product Preview placements.
  4. Lead the UK Awareness framework and all strategic partnerships for the region.
  5. Report on campaign success and present at key business updates regularly.
  6. Develop the regional Communications and PR strategy and oversee its implementation, aligning with global strategies and identifying opportunities for local engagement.
  7. Manage PR events and press engagements.
  8. Develop all OOH initiatives, leading paid media activities.
  9. Support Global in developing the Trade Marketing 360 and the customer experience framework in the UK.
  10. Negotiate and execute all Pop-Ups.
  11. Support Retail leadership in implementing the global CRM tools in the region.
  12. Build the CRM calendar for store teams & oversee their execution.

  2. The ability to build relationships quickly and present ideas effectively to all levels and global teams.
  3. Team management experience with a focus on developing and nurturing talent.
