Job summary

Puig is seeking a Team Leader to join our Byredo Harrods team in London. The Team Leader will support the management team, assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence, and drive exceptional customer service, merchandising standards and sales performance.

You will build motivated teams, develop Fragrance Consultants, and contribute to achieving sales goals within a luxury beauty environment. This role offers growth opportunities within Puig's international network.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our Byredo Harrods team. The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the management team with the ability to assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence. The Team Leader role is inclusive of all team members, merchandise and customer service elements. The Team Leader is also responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams, and developing Fragrance Consultants to the next level.
