Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced BYD Team Leader to join our newly refurbished dealership in Tamworth. As a Team Leader, you will spearhead a talented group of sales professionals dedicated to promoting BYD's commitment to sustainable transport solutions.

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for guiding your team to achieve outstanding sales figures, ensuring that every customer experience is top-notch, and fostering a workspace that encourages growth and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic sales team, setting individual and team targets and developing strategies to achieve them.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, providing constructive feedback and coaching where necessary.
  • Drive the customer satisfaction agenda, ensuring that each customer receives exemplary service.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers to our BYD offerings.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Champion a positive, motivated team culture.

Hours: 40
Salary: £30,000 plus OTE Bonus and company car

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record in sales management or team leadership within the automotive sector.
  • Experience with electric vehicles or a strong passion for sustainability.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prowess in analytical thinking to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • A valid driver's licence and a dedication to promoting the BYD ethos.
