Buying Placement Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and engaged student to join our Buying team as a Buying Placement.

This role will support admin tasks and work alongside Merchandisers, Product Developers, and Designers to deliver balanced and exciting ranges for all areas of the Reiss brand.

You will currently be in your second year of studies and available for a 52-week placement starting from July.

Who you are

• Previous shop floor or head office retail experience is preferred but not essential.
• You have a passion for a career in the luxury fashion industry.
• You are proactive and good at problem solving.
• You can work confidently both in a team and independently, on your own initiative.
• You are highly organized with strong time management skills.
• You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing admin support for the Buying team.
• Tracking and logging sample orders.
• Assisting with managing and maintaining the Product Pull Outs rails.
• Supporting with identifying best and worst sellers from reports to build presentations.
• Keeping Retail, E-commerce, Press, Visual Merchandising, & Franchise teams updated on product selection to help drive sales.
• Staying informed about current fashion trends online and in retail, and presenting findings to the Buyer and Designers to develop your product knowledge.
• Contributing commercial ideas and insights to support team decisions.
