Overview

Are you looking for a new challenge in a Buying role and looking for a career within the Buying space. If so, we have an exciting fixed-term opportunity for you to join our Logistics team as a Buyer's Administrator looking after our Distribution Centre!

This role provides vital support to both the company’s Distribution Centre teams & Buying and Merchandising by performing all administrative tasks relating to the smooth flow of product and PO’s through the DC including error stock and return to supplier.

Please note that this is an on-site fixed-term opportunity of 6 months.

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Buyer’s Administrator to support our Buying, Merchandising and Distribution Centre teams. In this vital role, you will help ensure the smooth flow of products and purchase orders through the business, managing everything from error stock cases to returns to suppliers. You’ll be at the heart of keeping operations on track, resolving issues quickly and making sure products move efficiently through the supply chain.

As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll manage product data and SKUs within D365, raise and track orders, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve stock and PO issues. You’ll also play a key role in analysing error stock trends, supporting the return-to-vendor (RTV) process, and providing accurate reporting and insights to help prevent future issues. Building strong relationships with internal colleagues, suppliers, and finance teams will be essential, as you work collaboratively to keep processes efficient and compliant.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent Excel and IT skills, strong numerical and analytical ability, and the confidence to make decisions under time pressure. You’ll bring commercial awareness, great communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
