Job Description:

Our story began with one man and his vision that started on a hippy commune in Ibiza in 1970, and finished with an overland trip east through Afghanistan and India. We are looking for a Buying Administration Assistant to join our Monsoon team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the team in developing a balanced and commercial product range for the Monsoon brand.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain samples in preparation for e-commerce shoots.
  2. Transfer e-commerce imagery from vendors.
  3. Raise purchase orders.
  4. Manage Pin for enrichment.
  5. Assist with onboarding new suppliers.
  6. Assist with packaging and labeling requirements.
  7. Chase legal agreements.
  8. Input costs and retail prices into BBcat.
  9. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for repeat orders.
  10. Create sales reports.
  11. Confirm buying samples against production.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent time management and administrative skills.
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  3. Effective communication skills at all levels.
  4. Self-motivated with a desire to progress and develop.
  5. Team player who supports colleagues.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with attention to detail.
  7. Previous experience as a Buying Administration Assistant is preferable.
