Job Description

As a Buyers Admin Assistant for the Womenswear RTW Team, you should be highly organised, keeping up to date with the day-to-day admin, ensuring the collection room, sample wardrobe, and buying floor are kept tidy and organised. In this role, you will have a clear understanding of the COS aesthetics and the customer.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with all members of your product team, contributing to an efficient information and workflow process.
  • Coordinate workload, organising daily priorities including ad hoc requests.
  • Work actively towards meeting deadlines with your team.
  • Manage samples for the team and wider business, including post, fits, marketing, updating the collection room, and sample sale.
  • Prepare and support the Buying Team during fit sessions, updating the fitting list, steaming samples, and updating our PLM system.
  • Support product overview updates and order amendments.
  • Communicate daily issues with the production office team and supply chain.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Buyer to ensure smooth information handover to the wholesale team.
  • Prepare for meetings, coordinate samples, and lab dips on request.
  • Attend key department meetings, such as weekly trade, wholesale handover, and fitting sessions.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and shopping in collaboration with the Assistant Buyer.
  • Report issues regarding website copy and imagery to relevant teams.
