N Brown, a leading UK digital retail platform based in Manchester, is recruiting a Buying Admin Assistant. You will support the home buying team day-to-day, handling product set-up, sample coordination, supplier liaison, and reporting to help deliver a commercially successful range for customers.

You will collaborate with Buyers, Merchandisers and cross-functional teams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while maintaining strong organisational processes and attention to detail in a hybrid

Qualifikationen

• The ability to work on your own initiative in a fast paced environment.
• Strong team ethos with the ability to build relationships with peers and suppliers.
• Excellent organisation and time-keeping skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Maintain critical path and regularly communicate with suppliers to hit deadlines and flag risks.
• Hold regular CP calls to build supplier relationships.
• Set up new styles in internal systems.
• Provide administrative support to the Assistant Buyer and wider team.
• Manage samples for shoots and reviews.
• Conduct online competitor research across home and related categories.
