Buying Admin Assistant

Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London

We’re looking for a passionate, creative and commercial person with a love of fashion and brands to join our Apparel team!

As part of our dynamic buying team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. You’ll provide dependable administrative support and contribute to the successful delivery of our incredible product ranges.

In this role, you will collaborate across multiple touchpoints, so strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships is essential.

The role…

  • Accountable for reviewing the critical path to ensure that all samples and components are delivered and approved on time.
  • Managing order process ensuring all details are accurate and adjusting where needed.
  • Ensuring all samples are approved on time and highlighting any issues to the wider team.
  • Showing commercial awareness though reports and contribute any ideas in department discussions.
  • Understanding the customer and brand performance in the retail market.
  • Uses knowledge of economic and social trends making valuable recommendations to management.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and adding value to their thinking by offering new ideas and solutions.

  • Possesses a keen interest in developing a career within buying and loves our products, ideally having taken part in fashion internships or studied for a fashion or buying qualification.
  • Creative and innovative, self-motivated to develop industry knowledge.
  • Able to build positive and constructive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, approaching their work in a methodical and organised manner.
  • Has an affinity with our brand and the values we stand for.
