Job summary

Debenhams Group is seeking a Buyers Admin Assistant to support the buying team with commercial awareness of upcoming fashion trends. You will help raise POs and manage samples, collaborating with design to bring products to life for our customers.

Working closely with the design team and buyers, you will help track samples, monitor ranges, and contribute to competitive insights. The role offers a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth in a leading fashion retailer.

THE ROLE

As a Buyers Admin Assistant you'll be responsible for supporting the buying team by contributing commercial awareness for upcoming trends across the fashion industry. You will add inspiration where necessary to ensure we get the right final look for our customer. Working closely with design you will be vital in making our products come to life. We're boohooMAN. Our menswear collections and ground-breaking campaigns have taken the market by storm. We want to be the world's number one streetwear brand, and our affordable and accessible looks have allowed us to push boundaries and bring the latest styles to life. We focus on our customer's style and confidence, setting trends and offering choice.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Critical path management with the support of your Assistant Buyer
• Ensure PO's and SKU's are raised and amended when necessary
• Sample management of current season, development and archive samples
• Attends and contributes in fits sessions alongside the design team
• Shows commercial awareness and understanding of our range and competitors
• Responsible for checking new in category onsite daily
