As a Buyer's Administrator at Signet Jewelers, you will find no two days are the same. You will support your team by setting up and monitoring the critical path for each product item in the range. You'll also gather market information, analyzing competitors and customer preferences to inform buying decisions. You will learn about the buying process and how to build a balanced, commercial product range. Responsibilities of the role include:
  • Completing all administrative tasks for the team efficiently and on time.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with suppliers.
  • Managing all sample processes.
  • Coordinating quality control procedures for new products.
  • Handling launch information for internal use and store distribution.
  • Setting up new product lines and raising initial orders for launches.
  • Monitoring competitor activity at weekly, seasonal, and annual levels.
  • Responding effectively and promptly to store requests and queries.
