Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Buyer to join an exciting high street fashion brand on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

The role involves collaborating on the development, sourcing, and delivery of a trendy and commercially viable product range. Your contributions will be key in balancing creativity and commerciality to drive the brand's success in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers to obtain optimal products, prices, and contract terms, leveraging supplier expertise to enhance product range and knowledge.
• Leading meetings at Director/Head level to communicate key information and ensure actions are completed within set deadlines.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful launch of new product lines, seasonal collections, and other initiatives.
• Working with the merchandising team to monitor and control trade, ensuring stock turnover, margin targets, and profit levels are met.
• Reviewing sales data to identify top-performing products and making data-driven decisions for future lines and improvements.
