Dexory, a robotics-enabled logistics software company, is seeking an experienced Procurement Buyer to manage day-to-day procurement for manufacturing, ensuring timely, cost-effective materials and services to support production.

You will create purchase orders, communicate with suppliers, expedite orders when needed, monitor delivery, and collaborate with planning and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and cost control.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in procurement within manufacturing environments.

Mansioni

• Create and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components and outsourced assemblies in production schedules.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm order acknowledgements, delivery dates and shipment details.
• Expedite or defer orders to align with demand and production priorities.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate delivery issues when required.
• Collaborate with planning, production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and inventory accuracy.
• Track and resolve supply issues including shortages, delays, quality concerns and invoiced discrepancies.
• Support cost-control initiatives by identifying savings opportunities.

Role:

As an experienced Procurement Buyer, your role is to be responsible for executing the day-today procurement activities that support manufacturing operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective purchase of materials, components, and services. This role plays a critical part in maintaining production continuity by managing supplier orders, monitoring delivery schedules, and resolving supply issues.

Working closely with the Sourcing Specialist and crossfunctional teams, the Buyer ensures that materials and outsourced assemblies are available to meet production plans, while maintaining quality, cost, and inventory targets in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
