SES Engineering Services is seeking a Buyer to join their Central Procurement team to manage material purchases for the business.

About the Role

As part of the team, your primary focus will be to procure the company’s material and equipment needs at the best value, within budget, and meeting the quality, specification, and delivery requirements of each project.

This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional to establish this role and build successful partnerships with our procurement partners and our in-house team at PRISM.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and place purchase orders at the most economical cost, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Support supply chain improvements, rationalize and benchmark suppliers, and reduce operating costs to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Manage supplier relationships, foster engagement, and attend supplier and manufacturer visits to strengthen the supply chain.
