£28.00 ph FCSA Umbrella (this role is deemed inside IR35), £20.00 paye – Hybrid working available (3 days pw in Birchwood Office)

Min 12 month contract, although likely to extend.

Location: Birchwood, Nr Warrington, Cheshire
Hourly Rate: £28.00 FCSA Umbrella, £20.00 paye
Hybrid Working: Some hybrid working available; you will need to be on site at least 3 days of each week when necessary.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for the procurement team, managing procurement dependencies across the manufacturing facility.
• Previous experience of delivering this in an engineering manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
• Create the procurement strategies communicating clear cost, time, and quality deliverables to key stakeholders.
• Supplier nomination, ensuring robust evaluation of supplier capacity and capability.
• Management reporting to evidence performance against key targets.
• Weekly reporting on outsourcing KPIs.
• Contract negotiation and agreeing T&Cs as per standard T&Cs procedure.
• Managing risks and opportunities registers.
• To plan and present plan gateways as per the internal procedure.
• CIPS preferred or currently studying for CIPS.
