As a Buyer, you’ll manage operational procurement, supplier performance, and sourcing activities to ensure efficient delivery of parts and services for critical defence and engineering projects. You’ll have the autonomy to make a real impact in a close-knit, collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

? Process purchase requisitions and convert them into POs

? Issue and evaluate RFQs; recommend supplier selection

? Resolve supply bottlenecks and support project timelines

? Build and maintain key supplier relationships

? Update and manage ERP systems and order book accuracy

? Assist with strategic sourcing and contract negotiation

? Support tendering processes and cost-saving initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years’ experience in a procurement or buying role

Strong MS Excel and IT skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and organised

Degree-level education (or working towards)

Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (IFS ideal)

Able to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC)
