Responsibilities

• Manage purchase requisitions from the section lead.
• Review purchase requisitions for completeness and budget alignment.
• Prepare tender strategies and procurement documents.
• Liaise with vendors and head office to ensure clarity on needs.
• Support vendors during proposal preparation.
• Compare proposals and suggest improvements.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage in autonomy the Purchase Requisitions received from the section lead for any goods and services
• Review the PR to ensure they are complete and consistent with the budget and technical needs of the project
• Prepare a tender strategy with proper documents to explain our procurement process to vendors with the relevant timelines and qualification information
• Liaise with bidders, inspectors, vendors and head office on a daily basis to ensure all the parties understand the needs and requests
• Support the vendors during the preparation of the technical/commercial proposals with obligation of confidentiality
• Compare different proposals from vendors and suggest actions to be taken in order to improve project results
