Job summary

Fyba Talent is recruiting for a procurement professional to join its growing North West team, supporting the materials, plant hire and general purchasing needs across projects. You will work closely with site teams, suppliers and colleagues to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing.

The role requires experience in procurement or buying, ideally in engineering, construction, utilities or water sectors, plus strong communication, organisational and IT skills. 40 hours per week.

We're recruiting for a growing infrastructure contractor looking to strengthen its procurement team, supporting an increasing volume of projects across the North West and wider water sector.

The Role

You’ll support the procurement of materials, plant hire and general business requirements, working closely with site teams, suppliers and colleagues across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing purchase orders for materials and plant hire.
• Liaising with site teams to coordinate requirements and deliveries.
• Building supplier relationships and securing competitive pricing.
• Supporting tendering teams with accurate material and hire costs.
• Resolving invoice queries and identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes.

About You

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or buying.
