Zusammenfassung

The Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Buyer to join a growing procurement team near Oldham, Greater Manchester. You will handle day-to-day purchasing, raise POs, check pricing and availability, and manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time deliveries.

You will also support invoice queries, supplier onboarding, and some import/export/freight administration. 3–5 years in buying is ideal; SAP and import/export familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in buying, purchasing or procurement.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Experience with SAP and import/export processes would be an advantage.

A great opportunity for an experienced Buyer to join a successful and growing organisation based near Oldham, Greater Manchester.

Working as part of a busy procurement team of two, you ll manage day-to-day purchasing activity, including raising purchase orders, obtaining pricing and availability, managing supplier relationships and monitoring deliveries. You ll also support invoice queries, supplier onboarding and some import/export and freight administration.

We re ideally looking for someone with 3 5 years experience in buying, purchasing orprocurement, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Experience with SAP and import/export processes would be an advantage. CIPS qualification is also desirable but not essential.

This is a busy, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with suppliers and internal teams, can keep things moving in a fast-paced environment and has a willingness to learn and develop.
