Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking a procurement-oriented professional to support the purchasing of materials and manage supplier relationships. You will work with MRP/ERP systems to review production needs and raise purchase orders accordingly.

The role involves documenting supply chain processes, preparing quotations, and collaborating with the Senior Buyer to select suitable suppliers, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing materials and supplier liaison.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and preferably Access.
• Familiar with ERP/MRP for BOM, scheduling, forecast analysis and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

Professional Skills/Abilities:

• Good communication skills with people at all levels
• Computer literacy - good knowledge of Excel & Word essential and Access preferable
• A working knowledge and use of ERP and MRP for BOM, scheduling, forecast analysis, and capacity planning.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
