My client is a well-established Foodservice business with a fantastic reputation for top-quality products and excellent service across various sectors.

They are seeking a Trader to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing a portfolio of products to meet customer needs, achieve sales targets, and maintain profit margins. This role is pivotal in driving sales, building relationships, and maximising profitability within the foodservice wholesale division.

This position is ideal for ambitious Traders or Buyers aiming to advance their careers within a reputable company that offers genuine progression opportunities.

Responsibilities include:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the foodservice sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform product selection and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations for seamless trading activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to optimize stock and profitability.
