Buyer - High-End Residential Developer
Warwickshire 50,000 + Bonus Office-Based Permanent
I'm recruiting on behalf of a privately owned residential developer with a strong reputation for delivering design-led, high-quality homes. Due to continued growth, they're now looking for an experienced Buyer to join their Commercial team at their Rugby head office.
Reporting directly into the Chief Buyer, this is a key role for someone who can take ownership of procurement across multiple live sites, manage supplier relationships, and help drive value across the supply chain.

The Role:


  • End-to-end procurement of materials and plant for residential developments

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best value

  • Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement strategy across sites

  • Work closely with site teams, QSs and commercial leadership

  • Maintain accurate records, supplier agreements and performance tracking


What You'll Need:


  • Proven experience in a Buyer role within construction or residential development

  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

  • Solid understanding of residential build materials and lead times

  • Organised, proactive and commercially astute
