Key Responsibilities:

• Process Orders: Efficiently handle purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of components and consumables.
• Supplier Relations: Liaise with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies and delivery issues, ensuring competitive purchasing and adherence to lead times.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate purchase order records and supplier databases, monitor inventory levels, and reorder items proactively.
• Assist with Requisitions: Support the Purchasing team in preparing purchase requisitions.
• Provide Support: Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Purchasing/Buyer Experience: Proven experience in a purchasing or administrative Buyer role.
• Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised: Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
