Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Day shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Southcoast Business Center – Fairhaven, MA

Responsibilities

Under direction of the TL-Purchasing or Designee, perform diversified duties in being responsible for the purchase of medical/surgical supplies, diagnostic supplies, materials and equipment and various general supplies including but NOT limited to: maintenance supplies, office supplies, housekeeping supplies, linen, paper supplies, computer equipment and supplies, etc using current ERP software (PeopleSoft) and GHX.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a business or related field or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
• One year to three years of related ERP software experience (PeopleSoft) and (GHX) is required.
• Supplier contract negotiation skills are a plus.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $20.44 - USD $34.87 /Hr.
