Job summary

Vous serez responsable de l'exécution des stratégies d'approvisionnement et de la gestion des relations avec les parties prenantes clés, tout en soutenant des projets d'amélioration continue. ARM has an exciting opportunity for a Buyer to join a global leader in aerospace innovation. You will be responsible for executing and supporting procurement strategies in improvement projects, including managing relationships with key stakeholders.

The Role:

• Provide guidance, update strategies, and process information to Business Operations to ensure correct execution of transactional procurement activities aligned with category strategies to meet customer satisfaction.
• Support the MDT Leader in governing the programme consisting of several sourcing projects.
• Contribute to defining sub-commodity and commodity trans-national, trans-divisional procurement strategies by providing benchmarks and project insights.
• Secure effective commercial relationships with suppliers to ensure collaboration with best-in-class suppliers.
• Manage internal alignment and approvals of key milestones within the General Procurement organisation.
• Ensure team engagement to maintain motivation and maximize organisational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate cross-functional project teams with often conflicting objectives.
• Previous experience and knowledge in Procurement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
• Robust business analytical skills.
• Experience in project management and procurement.
• Motivated, positive, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to facilitate and coordinate key supplier reviews.
• Some travelling may be required.
