What You Will Do:

1. Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with all sites and preferred suppliers.
2. Negotiate prices, agree on terms and conditions, and set up contracts and supply agreements when required.
3. Perform spend, contract, and market analysis for categories of responsibility, communicating findings to the wider business.
4. Monitor and maintain the contracts database.
5. Source new products and services with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.
6. Develop a good understanding of supply chain and markets for categories of responsibility and their impact on the business.

What You Will Bring:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/production procurement environment.
2. Working towards CIPS qualification.
3. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with a strong proficiency in Excel.
4. Proven experience in contract management and supplier engagement.
5. A results-oriented approach with the ability to plan and deliver against targets and project deadlines.
